The Filing Activity screen allows the user to run a Filing Activity Report in the e-filing application.

When initiating a Probate case, each court has their own required New Case Parties the filer must define.

The Case List Screen displays all cases the user adds to their account.

The Notifications Screen displays all notifications for cases a user files in one place. If support staff files for an attorney, the attorney also receives a notification.

The Dashboard is the default screen for each user upon login to the e-Filing application.

The e-filing application will attempt to convert documents that are not text-searchable, upon the filer’s request and based on your user preference settings, to text searchable documents using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology.

As a participant in electronic court filing, and as a registered user of your E-Filing Service Provider (EFSP), you can expect to receive email notifications, from either your EFSP or the court’s Electronic Filing Manager (EFM)

The email you receive is dependent on your User Preference settings. If you aren’t receiving notifications or are receiving too many, this is the place to customize your preferences, so you will want to make sure they are properly set up.

Most courts impose a 25MB file size for PDF documents, and a 35MB limit for the entire envelope.
