E-FILING HELP

for the states of California, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, and Texas

Registration with Our Service in Single Sign on Systems

  • Account Settings
Last Update: June 6th, 2018

The states of California*, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, and Texas use a single sign on system. Therefore, if any user has already registered with any other service provider in those states; they do not need to register with our service as well.

A filer may use their existing login and password to access the account. If the filer knows their email but not their password, they make change their password to log into our system.

*The Los Angeles Civil, Placer, and San Diego Civil and Probate courts use a different e-filing system. The e-Filing system may require a filer to sign up separately in the system before e-filing there.
