If the court rejects a filing in an Odyssey e-File court, all service contacts selected in the filing will receive an email notification from the state’s EFM. This alerts everyone the court’s recalled the service:

The following courts are not part of the Odyssey e-File system and do not send any notification to selected service contacts that the court rejected the filing:

• Alameda, Superior Court of California – Civil Limited and Unlimited Case Types
• Imperial, Superior Court of California – All Case Types
• Los Angeles, Superior Court of California – Civil Limited and Unlimited Case Types
• Madera, Superior Court of California – All Case Types
• Placer, Superior Court of California – All Case Types
• Riverside, Superior Court of California – Civil Limited and Unlimited Case Types
• San Diego, Superior Court of California – Civil and Probate Case Types
