Hyperlinking is the process in which a section of words (called anchor text) is connected or linked to a different section of text in the same document (including attachments or exhibits to that document).

Statutory requirements apply for preservation of any statute of limitation on filings, including those submitted electronically.

Documents that are electronically filed and the Court accepts are automatically uploaded to the Court’s case management system.

Efiling fees may be recoverable pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure Section 1033.5.
