Effective December 9, 2024, permissive e-filing is available into the following case types in the Ventura Superior Court: Unlimited Civil, Limited Civil, Small Claims, and Probate case types.
eDelivery will no longer be available for submission of Unlimited Civil, Limited Civil, Small Claims, and Probate documents after 4:00 p.m., on December 6, 2024. eDelivery will continue to be available for submission of Family Law documents.
