There are two separate systems for submitting your legal documents through the Riverside Superior Court – via our eFiling system and the court’s separate eSubmit system. Which one you use will depend on the division you are submitting the documents into. For Civil, Small Claims, and Probate matters, you can conveniently use our application to submit your documents. However, for Family Law cases, filers must use the court’s specific eSubmit portal.
